- Scope and ContentRecites: will of Edwin Denbigh 26 March 1719 and RO2/95 Whereas: Said legacy of £30 to Susan was paid Said annuity of £30 per annum to testator's wife Ann was paid to the time of her death, which was in August 1739 but said sum of £600 to Susan was not paid Said Edward Money died some time since Recites: RO2/105-8 and mortgage debt to Sir Rowland Alston Whereas: disputes have arisen between said Mary Money and Thomas, Ann and Susan Money regarding moiety of remainder of money raised by sale of said manor and premises after the payment of the said £600 NOW: agreed that when claims on proceeds of sale of premises have been satisfied and the £600 legacy paid, a moiety of remainder shall be paid to ii) in trust to lay out the same in Government and other good security paying interest to Mary Money for life and after her death to make over the same to Thomas, Ann and Susan Money Signatures: i) ii) Witnesses: William Aveling, Edward Gibson, John Brydall, Charles Copperwheat. Endorsement: In Chancery, between John Crouch and others and Ann Baroness Dowager of Gowran and others this Indenture was produced to Charles Copperwheat and Edward Gibson, at examination in the cause 19 January 1741/2 before Goddard Urlin, Henry Horton, William Aveling
