Parties (i) Joshua Malden (ii) Robert Lindsell and Thomas Mcgrath (iii) George Inskip the elder & George Inskip the younger (iv) William Gardner of Biggleswade, stationer Recites Z824/13; Z824 /17; death of William Inskip the elder and death and will of William Inskip the younger; Z824/19-21; that the land in Z824/20 although differently divided and described are part of the land demised by Z824/13; that (iii) has requested that the unexpired residue of the term of 1000 years created may, as far as it relates to the land purchased by him in Z824/20, be assigned to (iv) in trust to attend the inheritance. Witnesses Assignment from (i) at the request and by the direction of (ii) and upon the nomination and appointment of (iii) to (iv) of such parts of the land in /13 and /19 as are comprised in /20 for the unexpired residue of the term of 1000 years in trust for (iii), his heirs appointees and assigns, and in the meantime to attend upon the freehold reversion and inheritance.
