    Land in Lower Caldecote in the parish of Northill: -- messuage, tenement or farmhouse now in the tenure or occupation of Thomas Woodward -- allotment and piece or parcel of meadow or pasture ground newly inclosed being part of Widow Hay Meadow containing 10a 37p -- allotment and piece or parcel of meadow or pasture and arable land newly inclosed containing 15a 3r 4p and now divided into two closes, one of which is arable and contains about 11a and the other of which is meadow and contains the remainder -- 5 old inclosures of pasture land called Natts Close, Great Bryants Close, Little Bryants Close, Spring Close and the Home Close containing about 15a -- messuage or tenement now in the occupation of Samuel Endersby with the close and orchard adjoining containing 2a -- messuage or tenement now in the occupation of Thomas Woodward, labourer. General words clause lists houses, outhouses, edifices, buildings, barns, stables and the ground and soil of all the premises, yards, orchards, gardens, hedges, ditches, trees, fences, mounds, ways, waters, watercourses, easements, commons and common of pasture, profits, privileges and appurtenances.
