    Parties: (i) William Wilshere and Samuel Coxall [as in Z824/17] (ii) Robert Lindsell and Thomas Mcgrath [as in Z824/18] (iii) Joshua Malden of Biggleswade, auctioneer Recites Z824/17; death of William Inskip intestate leaving William Inskip then of Old Warden, yeoman, his only son and heir at law; that William Inskip the son has since died having made a will dated 6 Apr 1813 in which he confirmed the settlement he had made on his wife for life [see Z824/18], and devised and bequeathed the residue of his realty and personalty to (ii) upon trust for sale except the parts settled on his wife for life until her death, and appointed (ii) executors of the same who proved it in the P.C.C.; that since William Inskip’s death (ii) have, by and out of his personalty, paid off all principal and interest due and owing to them [on the basis of Z824/17]; and request by (ii) that the unexpired residue of the mortgage term in Z824/17 be assigned from (i) to (iii) in trust to attend the freehold reversion and inheritance. Witnesses execution of the requested assignment. Dorse: witnesses to sealing and delivery, Joseph Eade, Joseph Bigg, clerk to Robert Lindsell and J.P. Wedd of Royston; and inscribed in pencil ‘Lot 25’.
