    --- cottage & pightles, Radwell, occupied by Joseph Huckle & cottage & pightle adjoining, Radwell Moor End, & 3 cottages & close & 4ac pasture, 20ac arable, Kempston, late purchased William Long & Walker, to 2 sons John & William Lilley & son in law John Burr, in trust to sell to pay legacies:- - £400 to son John Lilley - £400 to son William - £400 to daughter Elizabeth Burr - £400 to daughter Mary wife of William Riseley, Wilstead, and all household goods in the parlour - to son Thomas interest on £400 for life, then principal to his children Samuel, John, Matthew, William, West., Ann, Mary, Elizabeth, & Jo. in equal shares (or survivors) - £10 & wearing apparel to Thomas. - £50 each to grandchildren Thomas, John, Joel & Sarah Sheffield (children of late daughter Susannah) --- executors to value farming stock etc., and all personal estate to son William, (up to £400) to go with the farm, residue to sons John & William, & son in law John Burr in equal shares. - to housekeeper Mary Selby £5 Trustees to be executors.
