for life and then to brother Robert Burt, he to pay brother J Burt £20, and £20 to sister Ann Burt
mother not to cut down any timber for sale
Codicil of will of William Burt by which he made void the devise of property in Kempston to his mother and directed that she be in actual possession of the cottage at Kempston now in occupation of William Simons, and John Plumer, immediately after his decease
