    i) Frederick William Foster, Ockbrook, Derbyshire, esquire ii) Mary Ann Foster, Ranelagh Street, Pimlico, Middlesex, widow of William Foster, formerly of Haslehurst, [Norton] Derbyshire iii) John Frederic Foster, Manchester, Lancashire, esquire reciting articles of agreement of 10 May 1787 a) Frederick William Foster b) Anna Louisa Eleanora Latrobe (later wife of a)) c) John Foster, esquire Thomas Plummer, merchant being made previous to the marriage of a) and b) £2,800 lately invested by a) in 3% Consolidated Bank Annuities was settled on trust for a) and b) and then for their children Anna Louisa Eleanora Foster died in 1824 before her husband, leaving children - Anna Dorothy, wife of John Amery, esquire, iii), said William Foster, Mary Louisa, wife of the Reverend Peter Latrobe, Margaret Eleanor Foster and Isaac Henry Foster William Foster died in December 1829 leaving ii) as his widow to whom letters of administration were granted Thomas Plummer is also deceased John Foster died in June 1831 and by his will appointed iii), William Morrice and William Ridgard his executors (proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury) Said sum of £2,800 was transferred into name of iii) 1/6th part of said £2,800 3% Consols converted into money (£319..8s) and used to pay off mortgage to John Lilley, iii) paying the residue of £67..6s..6d (in part satisfaction of sum of £100 owing to ii)) now in consideration of said sums i) and ii) release iii) from - said 1/6th part or share of said £2,800 3% Consols ii) agrees to pay yearly £15 to i) in respect of said 1/6th part, as interest signed by i) (initials) and ii) witness: Henry Ridgard Bagshawe, barrister
