    i) Thomas Street, Harrowden, farmer James Burr, ironmonger Ann Lilley, Bedford, widow (executors of the will of John Lilley, late of Bedford, ironmonger) ii) Mary Ann Foster, London, widow of William Foster, late of Haslehurst [Norton] William repaid £200 on said mortgage during his lifetime and Mary Ann Foster has since repaid £100 John Lilley died on 7 August 1833 and by his will dated 31 July 1832 appointed i) as his executors. Will proved (Prerogative Court of Canterbury) on 18 February 1833 now in consideration of £200 and £100 having been paid and of a further £300 paid by ii) to i) i) assign to ii) - piece of ground in Kempston (22 acres 1 rood 23 perches) signatures of i) endorsed: receipt witnesses: William Rogers, attorney, Bedford Theed Pearse, Bedford 17 June 1833 also endorsed with: Assignment for residue of term of years a) Mary Ann Foster b) John Frederic Foster, Manchester, Lancashire, esquire William Foster died on 19 December 1829 wholly intestate leaving a) his widow and an only child, Frederick William Foster, then aged 11.
