Borough of Luton to Wit The Examination of William Frederick Mullett of 71 Guildford Street in the Borough of Luton, and of Horace Henry Vass of 111 Havelock Road in the said Borough, and of Robert Owen Roberts of The Police Station in the said Borough, and of Alec Field of The Police Station in the said Borough, Taken on Oath this 14th day of August in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighteen at Luton, in the Borough of Luton aforesaid, before the undersigned, one of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace for the said Borough of Luton, in the presence and hearing of Ernest Moulster and Victor Edward Baxter who were charged this day before me that they the said Ernest Moulster and Victor Edward Baxter on Thursday, the 8th day of August One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighteen at the Borough of Luton aforesaid feloniously did break and enter No. 71 Guildford Street, and therein feloniously did steal a bottle of whisky and a quantity of cigars and stamps value One pound two shillings and sixpence, the property of William Frederick Mullett.
