    QSR1918/4/6/1 Indictment The King -v- Ernest Moulster and Victor Edward Baxter. Court of Trial: Bedfordshire Quarter Sessions held at Bedford. Ernest Moulster and Victor Edward Baxter are charged with the following Offence: Statement of Offence Warehouse breaking and larceny contrary to section 26 of the Larceny Act 1916. Particulars of Offence: Ernest Moulster and Victor Edward Baxter on the eighth day of August 1918 in the Borough of Luton did break and enter the warehouse of William Frederick Mullett with intent to steal therein, and did steal therein one pint of Whisky, one bottle, twelve cigars and twenty postage stamps the property of the said William Frederick Mullett, the said property being of the value of one pound two shillings and sixpence. Ernest Moulster has been previously convicted of felony to wit, larceny on the twenty second day of June 1918 at the Court of Summary Jurisdiction in and for the Borough of Luton. Date of Trial: - 9th October 1918 Plea: Each Guilty; Moulster admitted Verdict: Judgment: Moulster 3 years Borstal Treatment; Baxter bound over in the sum of £10 to come up for judgement if called upon.
