Certify that at the Intermediate Session of the Peace held 9th March 1907 for the County of Middlesex Henry Byrne was on his own confession convicted of breaking and entering on 17th Januray 1907 the dwelling of Richard Vaughan Weaver and stealing a gold watch and other articles. He was imprisoned and kept at hard labour in Wormwood Scrubs for 21 calendar months. Given under my hand on 30th September 1911, Signed Clerk of the Peace for Middlesex
