    IN THE COUNTY OF BEDFORD. PETTY SESSIONAL DIVISION OF BIGGLESWADE THE INFORMATION AND COMPLAINT of William Thomas Mayes of the Parish of Bedford in the County aforesaid Railway Detective taken on oath this 22nd day of July 1911 before me the Undersigned One of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County WHO SAITH that he hath just cause to suspect and believe that George Collins of no fixed abode on or about the 10th day of July One thousand nine hundred and eleven at the Parish of Shefford in the County aforesaid feloniously did break and enter the counting house of the Midland Railway Company there situate and therein feloniously did steal a bicycle the goods and chattels of the said Midland Railway Company. Contrary to the form of the Statue in such case made and provided AND he the said William Thomas Mayes prays justice in the premises. Signed: William Thomas Mayes.
