Mr White enquired about the barley and on looking into the top of the sack said it was not his barley and went home. Two or three days later he came back and said he understood there were two sorts of barley in the sack. Thomas Gibbins then half emptied the sack and John White was of the opinion that the barley is the bottom of the sack was in fact his. See also QSR1818/ 206, 293, 294, 296, 297, 534.
