William Beaumont is willing to settle such part of the premises so purchased as is of equal value with the lands in Stanford (see V166) -- farmhouse in Clifton formerly in the occupation of James Matthews, then of Thomas Lyles, now of William Lyles -- cottage with pightle of pasture 1 acre formerly in the occupation of William Lovell, then of Thomas Page, now Sarah Lockey. -- 12 acres meadow in Clifton and Henlow, in the occupation of said William Lyles (which are all the meadow ground purchased by said William Beaumont of William Brown and John Bennell) on trusts . . . .
