    (i) Hannahbella Marshall of Tottenham, Middlesex widow relict of John Marshall late of Crayford, Kent, calico printer, deceased, formerly Hannahbella Barber, spinster (ii) Daniel Zachary, citizen and skinner of London, Thomas Wright of Clerkenwell, Middlesex, watchmaker (iii) John Elliot of Bartholomew Close, Middlesex, Richard How of Aspley Guise, gentleman, Briggins How of Woburn, draper. Hannahbella Marshall being childless and advanced in years, grants to (ii) to use of (i) for life with reversion to (iii) who are her first cousins and which said John Elliot and Richard How are her heirs apparent -- premises a – f as in V234 (premises a and c late in the occupation of Richard Valentine; are described in deeds by which Joseph Barber deceased, grand-father of Hannahbella Marshall, purchased them [V227]; premises d late in the occupation of Edward Child; property e late in the occupation of Joseph Candell; property f late in the occupation of John Baxter and now of – Mabbot) -- premises as in V231 (cottage late in the occupation of Thomas Cook; messuage late in the occupation of Thomas Page) -- farmhouse in Clifton, formerly in the occupation of James Matthews, now in the occupation of Thomas Lylis; pightle adjoining 4 acres [see V227] -- 29 acres 3 roods in Clifton and Henlow (described in deeds of purchase [V227]) -- messuage in Ampthill fronting east on the Market Place, formerly in the occupation of Joseph Barber, then of Richard Austin and Ruth Exton, now William Brown -- several parcels arable and meadow 10 acres in Houghton Conquest, described in the deeds by which they were purchased by Joseph Barber junior deceased father of said Hannahbella Marshall. -- messuage formerly in the occupation of Philip Nichols, then Amos Stocker, now – Snowden, on north side of Threadneedle Street in City of London. -- Hannahbella Marshall’s one-third part in Inn called the King’s Head in St. Saviour, Southwark, Surrey, in or near the East side of the High Street, in the occupation of John Lee -- Hannahbella Marshall’s one-twelfth part in 3 adjoining messuages in Bartholomew Close in parish of St. Bartholomew the Great, London, one in the occupation of Joseph Railton, one in the occupation of Henry Sodgwick, other ----- -- Hannahbella Marshall’s one-twelfth part in piece of ground in Half Moon Alley in said parish, where a house formerly stood which was in the occupation of William Tryer and since let out on a building lease to William Kirkham and whereon 5 new messuages have been built. -- Hannahbella Marshall’s one-twelfth part in 2 messuages at Mile End Green in Stepney, Middlesex formerly in the occupation of Joseph Harton, then Thomas Jackson.
