    marriage intended between James Hesse and Ann Fisher; Solomon Hesse has advanced to (iv) £5000 and has entered bond ensuring further £5000 before 2 December next. now: said £5000 to be laid out in purchase of 3% consolidated bank annuities on trusts . . . . . further sum also to be laid out in purchase of 3% consolidated bank annuities on trusts . . . . . Witnesses: William Brown, attorney at law, Spital Square, Henry Chester, his clerk. 2 June 1778. Receipt (endorsed on original of above) for £5000 secured by bond 29 January 1779. Appointment (endorsed on original of above) (i) Ann Hesse, née Fisher, of Brompton, Middlesex relict of James Hesse (ii) George Brooks, Solomon Hesse, gentleman, Joseph Judd of White Lion Street, Norton Folgate, Middlesex, silk manufacturer, John Kirton, Grays Inn, Middlesex James Hesse deceased August 1783 and Ann Hesse became solely entitled to interest on above sum William Beaumont also deceased George Brook invested the £10,000 in purchase of £16,187. 4s. 10d. 3% consolidated bank annuities, now in names of (ii) NOW: Ann Hesse appoints Solomon Hesse, Joseph Judd and John Kirton trustees in place of William Beaumont.
