Covenant to invest £5000 in 3% Consols, to hold in trust to (i) for life, to (ii) for life, then to be sold and divided among children (except eldest son, unless he is only child). Further £5000 to be invested in same way. (Recites that (iii) has advanced £5000 to (iv) as portion of (i), and has entered into bond for further £5000 by 2 December next).
