Marriage Settlement

i) James Hesse of Edmonton (Middlesex) gentleman. ii)Ann Fisher of Flitwick. iii)Soloman Hesse of Norton Faldo (Middlesex). iv) George Brooks of Grosvenor Square, William Beaumont of Clifton, gentleman. Covenant to invest £5000 in 3% Consols, to hold in trust to (i) for life, to (ii) for life, then to be sold and divided among children (except eldest son, unless he is only child). Further £5000 to be invested in same way. (Recites that (iii) has advanced £5000 to (iv) as portion of (i), and has entered into bond for further £5000 by 2 December next).
