After deducting legacies of £240 and £5 each and expences of £13.12s.2d., there remains £90 to be equally divided between Ann Rands and -- Bolton. said Ann is now wife of Alexander Butler; paid £45. acknowledge receipt of legacy and quitclaim all right or interest in the premises [the premises are those in V143].
