recites: V41, bequest 6. trustees have sold the property to Robert Warner for £342 and have received one year’s rent at Michaelmas and no more, (testatrix died 31 January last) which rent (after deduction of Land Tax, quit rent and other usual allowances) equals £11. 12s. 2d so they have received a total of £353. 12s. 2d. After deducting legacies of £240 and £5 each and expences of £13.12s.2d., there remains £90 to be equally divided between Ann Rands and -- Bolton. said Ann is now wife of Alexander Butler; paid £45. acknowledge receipt of legacy and quitclaim all right or interest in the premises [the premises are those in V143].
