    - to be buried on the north side of her parents in the parish church of Felmersham [1] -messuage in Felmersham late in occupation of Thomas Swanell now in occupation of Robert Warner and all land, meadow and pasture belonging, to kinsman Thomas Skevington of Newton Blossomville Bucks, gentleman and friend Thomas Smith of the same place, in trust to sell it; profits of sale and rents until sale to pay to all living children of kinswoman Cicely Bacchus £10 each and to Cicely Bacchus £10. [2] -to living children of kinswoman Ann Crocher deceased £60 to be equally divided. [3] -to children of kinswoman Susannah Squib £40 to be equally divided. [4] -to daughter of John Robinson of Portsmouth brother of Susannah Squib £20. [5] -to the children of Susannah Kifford daughter of testator's late aunt Frances Hall £60 to be equally divided. [6] -residue of money raised by sale to Ann daughter of late kinsman John Rands of Radwell deceased and -- Bolton the son of Arabella otherwise Isabella Rands deceased the other daughter of the said John Rands deceased. Trustees first to subtract expenses and £5 each. [7] -Manor or reputed manor of Radwell in possession of Thomas Barnes and close of pasture called Neither Hoo in Radwell in occupation of John Adkins and all other hereditaments in Radwell which were of late kinsman Oliver Rands, gent. deceased to aforesaid Thomas Skevington, Thomas Smith, Robert Warner and kinsman James Bacchus, in trust to pay the rent to kinswoman Ann Bannister daughter of late kinsman Willoughby Bannister deceased to be used by her for maintenance of kinsman Oliver Rands of Coleman Street, London, £8 per annum. [8] -kinsman Edward Rands to receive profits of said manor during his life; after his death in trust to use of his heirs; said Edward and his sons if any are "Now in Some Country beyond the Seas" until he shall claim manor it is to be chargeable with payment of an additional annuity of £22 to said Oliver Rands of Coleman Street for his maintenance. [9] -annuities from manor: £10 per annum to Cicely Bacchus, £10 per annum to Susannah Squib. Unless manor be claimed within 10 years from testator's death, Edward Rands and his heirs to be excluded. If said Oliver Rands is then dead, manor to be sold by trustees; if still living annuities are to continue to his death and then the manor is to be sold and following payments made from profits: [10] -£200 to children of said Susannah Kifford [11] -£100 to Susannah Squib, or if dead, her children. [12] -£100 to children of John Robinson, brother to said Susannah Squib. [13] -£200 to Ann daughter of said kinsman John Rands [14] -£200 to children of said Arabella or Isabella Rands deceased another daughter of said John Rands [15] -£200 to children of said Ann Crocker [16] -residue of proceeds of sale of manor to James Bacchus, who is to pay to his sisters, daughters of the said Cicely Bacchus, £50 each. If Edward Rands claims the manor and his heirs male fail, it is to be sold as above. [17] -2 closes of pasture in Stevington, Millards and Burleys, to William Bodington of Turvey, shoemaker, son of George Bodington deceased for life, chargeable with £5 per annum to Mary Herbert (sister of said William Bodington) during joint lives of said William Bodington and Mary, and after death of William to Thomas Banister of Staughton, Gloucester [Staughton=Staverton, Gloucester] paying £5 per annum to said Mary Herbert. [18] -residue of hereditaments (except Nether Hoo Close in Radwell) to kinswoman Ann Bannister during life of Oliver Rands of Coleman Street London in case he may be in need; after his death to kinsman Willougby Banister, chargeable with £30 to be paid in 1 year after death of Oliver Rands to said Ann Banister and her sister and mother; also subject to payment of £10 to said Thomas Banister. [19] -all personal estate to Ann Banister who is to pay debts and following legacies: - To Thomas Banister, brother of said Willoughby Banister deceased £10. - To John Odell of Pixhill (Pictshill, in Stevington/Turvey) 40s, - To children of Peter Easton of Oundle, Northants £40, - To Catherine Johnson of Newton Blossomvill £10, - To eldest daughter of Mrs Jane Warburton wife of Reverend Mr Warburton of Oakham, Rutland £5, - To said Mrs Jane Warburton £10; if she dies before it is due the same is to go to her eldest daughter who is testatrix's god-daughter. - To Elizabeth Pritchett, daughter of Thomas Pritchett of Bush Lane in the City of London, joiner, £10 to put her brother's son apprentice, or if he die the same to be for her own use. - To Mrs Sarah Bourn "at whose house I now Lodge" £10, - To Reverend William Salisbury 5 guineas. - To servant living with testatrix at time of death £5. - To friend Dennis Farrer and his son William Farrer, to Thomas Brown and his wife and to Mary Dennis a guinea each to buy rings. - To Mr Francis Bridges of the City of Hereford "who Married My aunt Oswald's Daughter my Mother's sister" and to his wife and children and grandchildren a guinea each to buy rings. - A guinea to minister of Felmersham for performing funeral service. - £5 to poor of Felmersham cum Radwell. - 50s to poor of Newton.
