    expences incurred drawing up deeds:- article for sale of estate in Felmersham from Mr. Skevington and Mr. Smith; abstract of title, “being long” Lease and Release of premises [V142, V143] copy of Rands pedigree [see note below] 5 releases from legatees [V146-150] total: £2.6s 3d. Receipt: for £2.6s. in full Note: there are 2 very similar copies of the pedigree; the one referred to here must be V270 which is certified by” Henry Horton” It appears that the Visitation pedigree was extended to 1721 for the 1722 lawsuit and a version of this was certified by Horton to establish the title to the estate; the 2 copies seem to have become confused at some point as that certified by Horton was found not with Warner deeds, but in a bundle relating to the lawsuit, while the other copy was found amongst Warner deeds.
