Mr Wheeler has asked me to advise you that the package of which you wrote on December 7, 1951 wil be sent to my very good friend, Mr Herbert Rogers at 531 East 34th Street, N.E. Miami, Florida. In accordance with your statement, I will mail this package to him on about the middle of February so that it will be ready for you on arrival on the 1st March. In view of the fact that Mr Rogers may be travelling we suggest that you contact us in mid February advising us where we can reach you by letter in the event there is any change in this plan.
