Dear Mr Janes, This is to advise you that your letter of November 15th to Mr Wheeler has been received. Mr Wheeler has been away for the past several weeks and I am writing to let you know that we will make every possible arrangement so that you can pick up the package of which you have written when you go through Miami or Cuba.
