    Recites: Lease: 5 July 1653, as recited in AD3227, reciting AD3225; That 'by divers meane conveyances' said premises came to be vested in (i) for the residue of the term of 1000 yrs.: EXCEPT: -- 2 closes pasture called Great Redlands, now called Upper Plowed Close, late in tenancy of Richard Morton or assignees and Nether Plowed Close, late occupied by Thomas Perkins, undertenants or assignees both late in tenancy or occupation of Bray Chamberlin (approx. 30 acres); --Grove or woodground adjoining lastmentioned close on south, since converted into pasture and arable and taken into said close (approx. 3 acres); since assigned by (i) to Peter Edwardes, late of Cranfield, deceased.
