Recities: Lease: 1653: as recited in AD3225; DECLARATION OF TRUST Reciting: Will: 30 May 1681: (ii), now 'by divers meane conveyances' legally possessed of the premises recited, bequeathed them (except as before) for the residue of the term, together with the original indentures and all meane conveyances and assignments thereof, to (i); THAT the premises recited are held by (i), their heirs and assignees, TO THE USE of Elizabeth Feild, wife of (ii), after his death, for her life; THEN of Anne, daughter of (ii), for her life; THEN of the heirs of the body of Anne lawfully begotten, or in default of such issue, OF the right heirs of (ii) for the residue of the term; COVENANT that (i), the survivors of them, their heirs and assignees, will upon request made, assign and convey the said lands, etc. (except as excepted) and all their estate therein to such other five persons as Elizabeth or, after her death, Anne, or the heirs of her body, or the right heirs of (ii) as the case might be, should direct.. upon the trusts mentioned, freed from any incumbrances commited by any of them; and will allow peaceable possession by the persons successively appointed.
