    Recites as recited in AD3228 -- As recited (except as excepted) Declared to be held by (i) TO THE USE OF 1 William Feild for his life 2 Elizabeth Feild for her life 3 Anne Feild, daughter of 1 for her life 4 Such children of the body of Anne, lawfully begotten, for such time and in such manner as she by writing signed and sealed by her in presence of two or more reliable witnesses shall nominate 5 In default of such nomination, the heirs of the body of Anne In default of such issue, 6 Anne Hannell and her heirs for the residue of the term COVENANT by (i) for themselves, executors, and administrators with said William Feild, Anne Feild and Edward Hannell, executors, and administrators, that upon joint request of all such of the said persons as shall be interested in said premises and living at the time of the request they will assign said premises and all their estate therein to any five other persons that the said interested persons shall nominate, to the uses herein declared, freed from all incumbrances commited by any of them, and in the meantime that they will suffer the said persons respectively and successively appointed peacefully to enter and possess and receive profits without lett or contradiction by them, and without rendering any account therefor.
