    Recites: 5 July 1653: Lease as in AD3221-22; That Timothy Middleton, (ii) therein, by will named his son Thomas Middleton sole executor and shortly after died; whereby Thomas Middleton became legally entitled to the premises for the rest of the term of 1000 yrs.; 10 June 1668: Will of Thomas Middleton, bequeathing the premises recited amongst other lands to Thomas Bromfield of London esq. and heirs upon TRUST to sell and to divide the money among the children of Thomas Middleton, except Thomas MIddleton, the eldest son and appointing said Thomas Bromfield his executor during his life, and after his death his wife Constance and his said son Thomas Middleton; Death of Thomas Middleton the father 'shortly after'; That Thomas Bromfeild proved the will; That he and Constance are since dead; That Thomas the son (grandson and heir and also executor of Thomas Bromfield) became sole executor of Thomas Middleton his father, and therefore legally intitled to convey the said premises for the residue of the term of 1000 yrs.; Assignment of Lease: residue of 1000 yrs. (i) to (ii) herein - - Nether Plowed Close with the woodground taken into it with all appurtanences. (15 acres.) with original indenture of lease etc. (viz: AD3223-24). COVENANT by (i) as to freedom of premise from incumbrances, except lease: 20 May 1675: William Feild, (i) herein, to Edward Doe - - Grove adjoining said close on east next (i), part of Washingly (1acre), with a ditch 4 ft. broad to be made in said close all along under the hedge of said grove so far as the latter extends Reserved to (i) ; FURTHER COVENANT By (i) : Reciting that the inheritance of the said premises with other lands is settled upon John Feild, son of (i), after the expiration of said term of 1000 yrs. in TRUST for (i) as recited in AD3223-24; THAT said John Feild and heirs will after attaining the the age of 21 at reasonable request and at charge in the law of (ii), his heirs and assignees, will comvey and assure all his right title and interest in the premises hereby assigned to (ii) , his heirs and assignees for ever or to such other persons as they may direct.
