    (Recital of Marriage Settlement of 31 August., 1769 between (a) Edward Rudd grandson (b) Margaret Miles of Worcester spinster (= (i)) (c) Matthew Quare Esq.,& Richard Rudd For marriage portion (a) covenants with (c) for surrender to manor of Biggleswade of all property held by (a) of the manor to use of (c) in trust for £100 p.a. to (b) after his decease Recites this surrender not made. Recital of of AD2983. Recites (a) died 1797. Recites (iii) agreed with (i) to buy lands (below ).) -- land on Hunger Hill in Hitch Mead parish of Biggleswade and 5 acres - the whole enclosed and called 'Great Hunger Hill' bounded W. & N.
