    Executrix: wife Margaret Rudd and guardian of children till of age. 3 years after decease to sell freehold & copyhold (surrender to use of will), assign leasehold, and sell personal estate except household goods. Immediately to pay debts, to retain her marraige settlement and annuities, and recieve bequest of £200. To pay from sales to sons Richard Edmund Rudd and Edward Miles Rudd annual allowance each of not more than £80. If this proves to be more than shares of other children they are to pay them surplus when they are of age. Remainder to be divided equally between children Thomas Anderson Rudd and Anna Maria Rudd and to be invested etc. for education etc. -- to brother John Rudd £10 & 3s a week -- to brother George Rudd £5 & 1s. a week -- to brother Richard Rudd and wife Mary Elizabeth & daughter Mary Elizabeth £20 each. -- to nephew John Rudd £20. (If wife remarries, Richard Edmund & Edward Miles Rudd to be executors and guardians of children. Likewise if wife dies within 3 1/2 years of his decease and sale of estate is incomplete.
