    (i) Margaret Rudd, late of Biggleswade, then of Ampthill, then of Kemsey, Worcs., widow (viz: AD2983, AD2981) (ii) Rev. Edward Miles Rudd of Kemsey (brother & heir of Richard Edmund Rudd, eldest son & heir of Edward Rudd grandson, viz AD2983) and Thomas Anderson Rudd, Major in Beds. Militia, youngest son & heir of E. Rudd grandson. (iii) John Bricheno of Biggleswade, gent. (iv) Isaac Hindley of Baldock, Herts., gent. (Recital of 1st recital of AD2984-5. Surrender to Manor of Biggleswade made 19 & 20 October,1779. Recital in part of AD2983. Recites Edward Rudd grandson died 1797 leaving wife Margaret Rudd, and children Richard Edmund Rudd, Edward Miles Rudd & Thomas Anderson Rudd and Anna Maria Rudd (since decd.) Recites of Admission of Maragret Rudd at Court of Manor of Biggleswade of 27 February, 1801. Recites Richard Edmund Rudd died leaving (ii) his heirs. Recites (i) agreed to release annuity of £100 payable from lands & (ii) their finacial interests in it.) --Simons Piece, Ploughed Pightle, Pightle in Hitch Mead and small parcels there, New Pasture, Biggleswade.
