    No. 2 Stopsley Footpath Diversion Deposition of Ronald Murray Primett Ronald Murray Primett on his oath saith as follows: - I am an Articles Clerk with Messers Austin and Barnard Solicitors, Luton, and carrying out instructions given to me by Mr Harold Pickering, the Surveyor to the Luton Rural District Council. I duly posted copies of a notice, which was issued by him, a copy of which is produced to me (marked “D”) at both ends of the existing footpaths and which said copies remained so posted for four successive weeks namely on the 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd days of October 1920. And I further posted copies of the said notices on the door of the Parish Church of Stopsley and on the door of the Parish Church of St. Marys’ Luton and which said copies remained so posted for four successive Sundays namely the 3rd, 10th 17th and 24th days of October 1920 and of my knowledge I declare that the said notices were duly posted for the required times and in accordance with the Statute in that behalf.
