    Property: Land situate in Cromwell Rd. Luton (conveyance includes plan) Consideration: £75. John Higgins Jr. purchases the property and all rights associated which was left to be divided up between the children of John Higgins sr. Covenant: a. John Jr. must maintain the boundary fence on the property. b. John Jr. is not allowed to participate in the trade or business of an Innkeeper, Victualler, Beershop Keeper, Retailer of Wines, spirits of Beer, Brickmaker or burner of bricks or clay on the land. Recital: 1. William Webb, A.T. Higgins and John Higgins Jr. made executors of the will of John Higgins Sr. in his will dated 16th July 1887 covering the property. 2. 6th February 1890 Martha Higgins, wife of John Sr. dies 3. 23rd July 1890 John Sr. dies leaving five children: John Jr., A.T. Higgins, L.R. Higgins, Clara Jane and Cecilia Higgins. Witnesses: William Webb, John Higgins Jr. A.T. Higgins, L.R. Higgins, C.J.
