- Scope and ContentThe Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that Arthur Lewis on the first day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten, two coats of the Goods and Chattels of one Henry James Sweeney feloniously did steal, take and carry away. 2nd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that Arthur Lewis on the day aforesaid in the year aforesaid feloniously did receive and have the Goods and chattels aforesaid so as aforesaid feloniously stolen, taken and carried away, he the said Arthur Lewis then well knowing the said goods and chattels to have been feloniously stolen, taken and carried away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided. 3rd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that on the twenty eighth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine at the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at Northampton in the County Borough of Northampton the said Arthur Lewis was convicted of indictable misdemeanour
