- Scope and ContentThe Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that William John Kendrick on the eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten, one violin and one bow of the goods and chattels of Emily Tooth feloniously did steal, take and carry away. 2nd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that William John Kendrick on the day aforesaid in the year aforesaid feloniously did receive and have the Goods and chattels aforesaid so as aforesaid feloniously stolen, taken and carried away, he the said William John Kendrick then well knowing the said goods and chattels to have been feloniously stolen, taken and carried away against the form of the statute in such case made and provided. 3rd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that on the tenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden at Derby in the county of Derby the said William John Kendrick was convicted of Felony. signed by Marks
