- Scope and ContentThe Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that John Lee on the twenty second day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten, one pair of trousers of the goods and chattels of William Foster and Walter Thomas Webster feloniously did steal, take and carry away. 2nd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that on the second day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden at Banbury in and for the Borough of Banbury the said John Lee was convicted of Felony. Signed, Marks Plea: Guilty admitted previous conviction. Verdict: Sentence: Nine months hard labour, to run concurrently with sentence all other indictments.
