Examinations and depositions: Information of George King, constable, of Luton. When Sarah Mardle was in his custody she said that Mr Buttfield's straw plait was in a basket under a stall on which hog puddings were sold. Information of Elizabeth Piggott of Leagrave. The straw plait now produced was the identical plait which she sold to Mr Buttfield. She was sure because of the way the small parels of 5yds each were tied up and from the string which tied the whole. Mark of Elizabeth Piggott.
