Amendments to Phase 3 Cardington Residual in Shortstown Some additional properties have been added to this development, which has resulted in a slight renumbering for some existing properties (not yet occupied). Two additional residential units are being erected adjacent to the existing 2 Aviation Way (coloured dark green on the attached plan plot 250) and these have been registered as; Plot 251 = 2a Aviation Way Plot 252 = 2b Aviation Way Four new residential properties have been erected between plots 100 and 99 (coloured pink on the attached plan and currently registered as 11 and 13 Holbeach Avenue). As such, the new properties have been registered as follows; Plot 256= 13 Holbeach Avenue Plot 255= 15 Holbeach Avenue Plot 254= 17 Holbeach Avenue Plot 253= 19 Holbeach Avenue Two existing properties have to be renumbered and have been re registered as follows; Plot 99= (Currently 13 Holbeach Avenue) has been amended to 21 Holbeach Avenue Plot 98= (Currently 15 Holbeach Avenue) has been amended to 12 Boscombe Lane Please find attached the original site plan “Bellway Homes Phase 3 RAF Cardington” which shows the original layout plan for the properties. Please find attached the up to date layout plan showing the additional plots 251 – 252 (to be registered on Aviation Way edged in red) and the additional plots 253 – 256 (to be registered on Holbeach Avenue edged in red).
