Scope and Content
The plans deposited by North Beds Borough Council and subsequently by Bedford Borough Council allocate postal house numbers to plot numbers and so give an indication of the date of building construction. There are incomplete index cards by street in Bedford and by parish outside Bedford in the box with BorBPC1. Some records include maps and plans.
