Letter from Mr L. B. Woodforde to J. Howard Howard informing him that the parish of Covington on which according to his books, there is this charge in favour of Ann Collins Charity was until recently a portion of the Milton Estate. It was sold with some other property at Higham Ferriers to Lord Fitz William in the year of 1905 and I have since then paid the charge on his behalf. Covington being an outlying parish Lord FitzWilliam has sold his property there to his two tenants Messr’s Measures and Milligan and it is agreed that the liability with regards to Ann Collins Charity shall be discharged in future by Mr Measures.
