Letter from Mr Measures to John Howard Howard informing Mr Howard that he has purchased a portion of Lord Fitz William’s Estate in the Parish of Covington upon which there is a charge of £24.00 known as the Ann Collins Charity. The purchase is not yet completed no doubt it will be shortly. He asks Mr Howard to send a demand note when due and he will pay.
