Mr Woodforde is sending a cheque to the value of £12.00 in payment of half years rent charge due by Covington on 1st October to Ann Collins Charity. Lord Fitz William has sold his property at Covington, on which this rent charged is payable, to Mr. B. Measures, Tillbrook Grange, Kimbolton, Hunts, who will in future be responsible for this payment.
