Woodford of the Wansford Estate office informs me that you have purchased from Lord Fitzwilliam the Covington portion of the Milton Estate at Peterborough. I happen to be Chairman of a Charity in Bedford known as the “Ann Collins Charity” and it derives its income from the £24.00 paid annually – or rather £12.00 twice a year on April 5th and October 5th by the owner of the Milton Estate.
