    Parties: (i) William Downman of Bedford, carpenter, and Sarah his wife, daughter and devisee under the will of Thomas White, deceased (ii) Richard Leach of Bedford Reciting: - Z1644/4 - Z1644/5-6 - (a)-(e) are the moiety of Sarah Downman, devised under the will of her father Thomas White - (i) paid £23 to Robert White, brother of Sarah and heir at law of Joseph White, for an equal part in the partition of lands held as tenants in common Operative Part: (i) conveys to (ii) for £80 Property: (a) the dwelling house occupied by William Downman with the passage leading from Mill Lane (b) the little yard adjoining (a) and the brewhouse thereon (c) the little garden adjoining (a) on the east (d) the ground adjoining (b) and (c) on the east side from the building belonging to the Red Lion Inn on the south to the fence on the north side of (c) (e) the barn or shop erected on (d) Witnesses: - Thomas Birt - D.
