    Parties: (i) Robert White of Bedford, carpenter, eldest son and heir of Thomas White, deceased (ii) William Downman of Bedford, carpenter, and Sarah his wife, daughter of Thomas White, deceased (iii) John Waller of St Neots, Huntingdonshire, gentleman Reciting: - by the will of Thomas White of Bedford, carpenter, dated 8 January 1752, various properties in St Pauls, Bedford were devised to his daughter Sarah, now (ii), and to his son Joseph White, now deceased, as tenants in common - (i) is heir at law to Joseph White and inherits his moiety - (i) and (ii) had agreed to partition (a) – (h) equally between them and (ii) paid £23 for an equal share Operative part: - (i) and (ii) release (a)-(h) to (iii) Property: (a) the dwelling house occupied by the late Thomas White in Bedford St Pauls with the passage from Mill Lane (b) the little yard adjoining (a) and the brewhouse (c) the little garden adjoining (a) on the east (d) the ground adjoining (b) and (c) on the east from the building belonging to the Red Lion on the south to the yew hedge on the north (e) the barn erected on (d) (f) the house on Mill Lane occupied by Mary West and the passage to the west (g) the barn on the south side of (f) (h) the ground lying between the little garden on the south and the ground on the east side and measuring one hundred feet by twenty feet Habendum: - to (iii): (f) - (h) to the use of (i) - to (iii): (a) – (e) to the use of (ii)
