Modern racing stables and paddocks. Nine principal agricutural holdings with model homesteads, small holdings , woodlands. The village of Souldrop including the fully licensed Bedford Arms, village school and school house, post office and numerous cottages. The Lordship of the Manor or Reputed Manor of Colworth. The whole extending to 2,338 acres; 1,948 acres being in hand and of which vacant possession will be given. To be offered for sale by auction as a whole, in blocks or in lots by Knight, Frank & Rutley on 21st July 1922.
