i) John Leach of Sandy, gentleman, eldest son and heir of Randall Leach late of Sandy, gentleman, deceased ii) Joshua Peart of Lincoln's Inn Fields, Middlesex, Esquire iii) Pearson Theed of Bedford, gentleman consideration: 10s. paid by ii) to i), and to the intent that a common recovery might be suffered of the premises described to the use of i), i) grants to ii) (among other premises) - two messuages situate together in Wells Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, in the occupation of William Careless and William Price to hold to ii) to the intent that he should become tenant of the freehold against who a Common recovery would be had before the end of Michaelmas term next. witnesses: Richard Lovesey Whitley Sale J Miller signatures: all parties 4 November 1778 copy attested on 20 March 1810 by R.H.
