    i) John Leach of Sandy, gentleman, eldest son and heir of Randall Leach, late of Sandy, gentleman, deceased ii) Joshua Peart of Lincoln's Inn Fields, Middlesex, Esquire iii) Pearson Theed of Bedford, gentleman consideration: 10s paid by ii) to i), and to the intent that a Common Recovery might be suffered of the lands etc. below, and for vesting the absolute freehold and inheritance in fee simple of the premises in i) and his heirs, i) grants to ii) - Farm house in Harrowden, Cardington - 2 closes of pasture or meadow ground in Fenlake, Cardington, upon part of which an ancient messuage or Farm house formerly stood (16 1/2 acres) - Meadow ground in Fenlake, Cardington, (12 acres) - Meadow ground in Elstow (2 acres) - Several pieces and parcels of arable land and ley ground (160 acres) in the common and open fields in the parishes of Cardington and Elstow, and in the hamlets of Harrowden and Fenlake, and of the Town of Bedford. - Closes of pasture or inclosed grounds called Bonians otherwise Bunians in Harrowden (20 acres) - Orchard in Fenlake whereupon a cottage formerly stood (1 rood) - cottage and close of pasture adjoining in Fenlake and Harrowden and near Harrowden bridge. All premises above in the occupation of Thomas Street & John Street - messuage in Estcots, Cardington - 6 closes or inclosed arable and pasture grounds lying together in Estcots (40 acres) All in the occupation of William Bailey - messuage in West end, Kempston - close of pasture ground adjoining now long since divided into three parts, known as Westleys (8 acres) - close of pasture long since divided into two closes known as Witchbrook (8 acres) in West End, Kempston - pightle of pasture in West End, Kempston, & near a house heretofore sold from the pightle - two other closes of pasture known as Westleys, (8 acres) in Kempston All in the occupation of George Burridge - messuage or tenement near the Butcher Row, Bedford, in the occupation of Mr. John Trustram, known by the name or sign of the Hare and Greyhound - messuage or tenement in Angel Street, Bedford, in the occupation of John Thompson - another messuage or tenement in Angel Street adjoining said messuage in the occupation of Edward Smith - 2 messuages situate together in Wells Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, in the occupation of William Careless and William Price - Close of Meadow in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, known as Water close (2 acres) in the occupation of Thomas Leighton - Butchers' shop at upper end of the Butcher Row in Bedford, in the occupation of Frances Smith, widow, abutting East on the High Street - another Butchers shop at the lower end of the Butcher Row, also in the occupation of Frances Smith widow. - another Butchers shop in Butcher Row, late in the occupation of William Nottingham, and now untenanted to hold to ii) to intent that he should become perfect tenant of the freehold against whom a Common Recovery would be had before the end of Michaelmas term next. witnesses: Richard Lovesey Whitley Sale, his clerk J.
