i) Brooke Bridges of Orlingbury, Northamptonshire, clerk ii) William Theed of Bedford, coal merchant recites: bequest in HT1/13/3 by Martha Lambe of all her real estates to i), and of an annuity of £5 to Eleanor, wife of Joseph Pew of Dunstable. Whereas ii) has agreed with i) for the absolute purchase of the messuage, house, tenement, yard, orchard and garden late of the said Martha Lamb in Bedford, and i) has agreed to pay the annuity to Eleanor, wife of Joseph Pew and to indemnify i) from payment thereof NOW i) is bound to ii) in £100 to pay the annuity and to indemnify ii) and his heirs etc. from the payment thereof endorsed: "Mr. Dawson Covenanted by indenture dated 24 June 1825 to produce this Release to Nathaniel Wells Small" witnesses: Anne Aldwinckle John Aldwinckle seal: one applied signature: i)
