    - all real estate to nephew Brook Bridges of Orlingbury to sister, Sarah Bridges of Wadenhoe, Northamptonshire, widow, £100 to neice Elizabeth, wife of William Jones of Pluckley, Kent, £50 to be paid by executors to sister, Sarah Bridges, for the sole use of Elizabeth Jones to Ann Cook of Boxtead, Essex, widow, £50 to Eleanor, wife of Jospeh Pew of Dunstable, and to Thomas Palmer of Ashley, Northamptonshire, annuity of £5 a year to each for life, to be paid quarterly to Rector and Churchwardens of Ashley, £200 to be placed out at the best interest they can procure, the interest to be divided amongst the poor of the Town "in such proportion as the Necessities of the Families of such Poor may require" both to those who receive alms and to those who do not. The Reverend Mr. Brook Bridges to be dispenser of this charity for life. to the wife of Arthur Jennings, £5 to Ann, wife of Harry Johnstone of Milton Esquire, £5 for her kind offices in visiting my husband in his Illness and giving a ducat to my son. to the wife of William Hampson of Luton, attorney, 5 guineas for her kindness to me when my son was sick. Wearing apparel to Eleanor, wife of Jospeh Pew Desert knives and forks to Mrs. Fletcher to Alexander Reed, one guinea for a ring Residue of real & personal estate to nephew Brook Bridges on the condition that he pay £10 to neices Elizabeth Jones and Ann Cook.
