i) Thomas Palmer of Ashley, Northamptonshire
ii) Brook Bridges of Orlingbury, Northamptonshire
Recites bequest to i) of an annuity of £5 to be paid by ii) as sole executor and residuary legatee in HT1/13/3. That i) had agreed to accept the bond of ii) for the payment of the annuity out of his own money, and to discharge the real estates from the payment of the annuity. Bond to be dated 12 October 1768
NOW
i) releases all claim on the annuity due to him from the estates late of Martha Lambe
endorsed: "Mr. Dawson Covenanted by indenture dated 24 June 1825 to produce this Release to Nathaniel Wells Small"
