    i) Elizabeth Thornbery late of East Street but now of Theobalds Road near Red Lion Square, Middlesex, spinster, Timothy Teal of Bethnal Green, Middlesex, weaver and wife Jane (which Elizabeth and Jane are nieces and coheirs of Charles Thornbery late of London esquire, deceased who was the survivor of the trustees named in the Act of Parliament hereinafter recited) ii) Valentina Aynescombe, Mary Aynescombe, Charlotte Ann Aynescombe, all of Putney Heath, Surrey, spinsters (only surviving children of Valentina late wife of Lillie Smith Aynescombe now of Putney Heath aforesaid, esquire, formerly Lillie Smith of Thames Street, London, merchant) iii) aforesaid Lillie Smith Aynescombe, Ann Kerrick of Harleston, Norfolk, widow formerly Ann Manning, spinster John Smith of St Saviour, Southwark, clerk and wife Elizabeth iv) Henry Stebbings of Chancery Lane, London esquire, Edward Griffin of St Margaret's, Westminster, Middlesex, gentleman, John Alexander of the same, gentleman Recites: RO19/26, RO19/27, RO19/30 Whereas: Charlotte Ann Aynescombe was born after the passing of the said act 2 May 1759 said premises were conveyed as follows: -messuage and farm with lands at Leagrave to Beversham Filmer esquire for £1,092 -messuage and farm with lands at Curredge otherwise Scourage End near Luton, £600 to John Crawley esquire -messuage at Dunstable with 7 acres land then in occupation of James Stoner with closes containing 17 acre 2 roods land at Dunstable and Houghton Regis then in occupation of John Buckmaster, to Marshe Dickinson and John Marshe Dickinson esquires for £451 -stable in Dunstable to --Keane for £60 on 28 June 1759: -messuage, farm and lands at Kensworth, Hertfordshire in occupation of William Crowder for £1,256..4..6 which sums total £3,459..4..6 and were after deducting £410..14..10 for costs of said Act, invested in purchase of £3,800 bank annuities of 1759 now called Consolidated Bank Annuities Whereas: Sir William Calvert died 1761; Thomas Waters afterwards died in the lifetime of Charles Thornbery 9 December 1767 -messuage at Beddington, Surrey, conveyed to Messrs Thomas and Bourchier Walton for £600 which was invested in purchase of £650 3% bank annuities Recites: Deed Poll 10 March 1768 by which £3,800 bank annuities transferred to names of Lillie Smith Aynescombe and Charles Thornbery; these plus the £650 annuities totalling £4,450 were subject to trusts as in Act July 1768 -2 messuages in the City of Norwich were conveyed to Mr Tilbury for £450 13 October 1768 -messuage , farm and lands at Funden Hall, Norfolk conveyed to Mr Freame for £2,300 which sums were in October 1768 invested in purchase of £2,750 bank annuities now making a total of £7,200 bank annuities Whereas: Charles Thornbery died in 1770 without issue by which the estate became vested in Elizabeth Thornbery and Jane Teal Whereas: Valentina Aynescombe the mother died 3 April 1771 leaving issue ii) who in Michaelmas Term 1782 exhibited bill in Chancery against Elizabeth Thornbery, Timothy Teal and wife Jane, Lillie Smith Aynescombe, Ann Kerrick and John Smith and wife Elizabeth requesting that the bank annuities and unsold real estate should be sold and proceeds laid out in purchase of lands to be settled to the use of the plaintiffs. Cause heard 12 March last; master to appoint 3 trustees, bank annuities and premises to be vested in Elizabeth Thornbery, Jane Teal and Lilllie Smith Aynescombe and new trustees as in the Act Master's Report 14 July last had appointed iv) as trustees - confirmed by order 18 July Order of Lords Commissioners 31 July last on petition of i), Elizabeth Thornbery and Jane Teal were discharged from said trusts which were conveyed to iv) Master by Report 18 November approved of these presents now: i) with consent of ii) release to iv) [*C] *.-2 messuages in St John Street in St Sepulchre in Middlesex formerly in occupation of Gilbert Bearblock and David Dean and now of David Dean his son at rent of £75 per annum *-messuage there in occupation of John Nodes and now of James Townsend at £51 per annum *-messuage there in occupation of Richard Hoyle and now of George Dale at £21 per annum *-parcel of ground there taken out of yard of aforesaid messuage in occupation of trustees of Mrs Jane Cart at £1 per annum *-messuage and lands in Dunstable and Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire and Kensworth and Caddington, Hertfordshire formerly in occupation of Richard Furnes and now of Edward Snoxell at £50 per annum *-messuage and lands in Marston formerly in occupation of Zachariah Mann and now in occupation of John Butterfield at £30 per annum *-lands and wood grounds at Marston, residue of premises formerly in occupation of Zachariah Mann and now of -- Burridge and of -- Tebbut at £12..0..6 *-messuage, water corn mill and 4 acres land adjoining in Shillington late in occupation of Silas Wainwright and now of Isaac Brooks at £28 per annum -cottage in Dunstable in occupation of George Higgs and now in occupation of --Rayner widow at £1..10 per annum -cottage in Dunstable in occupation of Edward Skittlethorpe at £4..10 per annum -cottage in Dunstable late in occupation of John Cane and now of William Eames at £2..10 per annum -part of messuage in Dunstable in occupation of Leeson Wright at £3 per annum to iv) on trusts ...
